An automatic molding machine contains a hollow feed cylinder with loading and unloading openings and a worm with screw thread in it located inside with possibility of rotation, which forms a channel with areas of fusion, division, homogenization and stabilization of the melt. On the external surface of feed cylinder band annular electric heating elements are located. The feed cylinder together with band annular electric heating elements along entire surface lengthwise and in the circle is enveloped by heat-insulating case, which consists of modules, without spaces between them. Case is multilayer and made from heat-resistant, high-temperature cloth and heat-resistant filler between them. |
