The present invention relates to a method for producing a conductive adhesive, which comprises the steps of: pretreating carbon nanotubes with an acid to form carboxyl groups (-COOH) on the surface (first step); substituting the surface of the pretreated carbon nanotubes with hydroxyl groups (-OH) (second step); hydrolyzing a silane coupling agent (third step); mixing the surface-substituted carbon nanotubes with the hydrolyzed silane coupling agent to form a conductive agent (fourth step); and adding the conductive agent to a monomer and emulsifier and carrying out emulsion polymerization to obtain a conductive adhesive (fifth step). According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a conductive adhesive through eco-friendly emulsion polymerization when modifying carbon nanotubes substituting for metals or conductive polymers. The conductive agent including carbon nanotubes is compatible with a resin and shows excellent conductivity without incorporation of a conductive material, such as carbon black and a conductive polymer, and thus can provide a conductive resin having improved adhesive property. |
