PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber (radiative fiber), manufacturing thereof, and application thereof to illumination, display technology, medical care, and beauty, etc.SOLUTION: An organic light emission electrochemical cell (OLEC) containing at least one kind of ions is provided. The OLEC is characterized by having a fiber-like configuration (OLEFC). The OLEFC has a first electrode 20, a light emission layer 30, a second electrode 40 and, a fiber core 10.
