PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device suitable for high reliability and a fast operation.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes a first circuit, a second circuit and a third circuit. The first circuit has an arithmetic processing function and the second circuit has a storage circuit. The storage circuit has a transistor. The transistor has a first conductor, a second conductor, a first insulator, a second insulator and a semiconductor. The first conductor has a region which overlaps the semiconductor via the first insulator. The second conductor has a region which overlaps the semiconductor via the second insulator. The first conductor has a function of selecting conduction or non-conduction of the transistor. The third circuit is electrically connected with the second conductor to have a function of varying potential of the second conductor in synchronous with an operation of the transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
