PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide member capable of providing a low friction property in a state where lubricant is fed to a slide surface.SOLUTION: A slide member slides in a state where lubricant is fed to a slide surface, the slide member having a substrate of which surface is coated with an amorphous carbon film including silicon and nitrogen. The slide surface, which is a surface of the amorphous carbon film, has a ten-point average roughness Rz of 40-51nm. The amorphous carbon film shows a P/Pof 0.35 or more, the P/Pbeing a peak intensity ratio of a peak intensity Pof a C=N bonding to a peak intensity Pof a Raman spectrum G band obtained by performing a Raman spectrum analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
