PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component carrier device capable of easily forming a state that a first channel and a second channel are communicated with each other when changing an electronic component placement part to another one which has a first channel differently disposed, and to provide an electronic component inspection apparatus.SOLUTION: The electronic component carrier device includes: an electronic component placement part for placing an electronic component, which is formed with a first channel; a movable part formed with a second channel; and an intermediate member formed with a third channel, which is disposed between the electronic component placement part and the movement part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
