PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus in which printing quality is improved by easily and inexpensively suppressing image irregularity at the time of bidirectional printing.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus comprises: a recording head including a plurality of liquid droplet discharge heads (24) discharging active energy-ray curable ink to a recording medium; a carriage (23) which mounts the recording head and moves in the main scanning direction; a plurality of irradiation units (51, 52) which are arranged on both sides of the recording head in the main scanning direction and irradiate the active energy-ray curable ink discharged to the recording medium with the active energy ray; and a decision unit which decides the liquid droplet discharge head discharging the active energy-ray curable ink on the basis of input image data.
