PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery monitoring device that can secure insulation property from superior equipment.SOLUTION: A battery monitoring device for detecting state information of batteries 11a to 11d having plural cells which are provided to a vehicle and connected in series includes detection units 31a to 31d each of which has a board provided on the battery and having a circuit for detecting the state information of the battery, and a first non-contact communication part which is provided on the board and performs non-contact communication through electromagnetic waves, and a mount member 41 having a second non-contact communication part which is mounted on the battery and performs non-contact communication with the first non-contact communication part. The first non-contact communication part transfers the state information of the battery to the second non-contact communication part, and the second non-contact communication part transfers the state of the battery transferred from the first non-contact communication part to upper equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
