PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for an oil-based ballpoint pen, which gives a good feeling of writing and no resistive feeling caused by scratch of a spring when the pen is used for writing under a low load at a low speed, and a ballpoint pen refill using the composition.SOLUTION: The ink composition for an oil-based ballpoint pen comprises at least: one or more organic amines selected from an amide amine compound having a hydrocarbon group (including a phenyl group) having 11 to 23 carbon atoms, 2,-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol; a phosphate compound having an unsaturated hydrocarbon group in the molecule; an organic solvent; and a colorant.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
