PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar plate capable of reducing the internal resistance of a fluid circulation type cell, and to provide a redox flow cell, and a method of manufacturing a bipolar plate.SOLUTION: In a bipolar plate sandwiched by a positive electrode through which a positive electrode electrolyte is circulated and a negative electrode through which a negative electrode electrolyte is circulated, a flow path having a plurality of grooves for circulating the positive electrode electrolyte and negative electrode electrolyte is provided in each surface on the positive electrode side and negative electrode side. The flow path includes an introduction path for introducing each electrolyte to each electrode, and a discharge path for discharging each electrolyte from each electrode. The introduction path and discharge path are not interconnected but independent from each other, and the groove has a wide portion where the internal width of the groove is larger than the width of an opening.
