SOURCE DRIVING APPARATUS OF THIN FILM TRANSISTOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

摘要

PURPOSE: A source driving apparatus of thin film transistor(TFT) liquid crystal display(LCD) is provided to improve stability of amplify circuit and to reduce consuming current by using many bias voltage. CONSTITUTION: The source driving apparatus comprises a bias signal generator outputting correspond to a control signal selectively one bias voltage among a predetermined number of bias voltages formed by using a first standard voltage, a buffer for buffering input voltage by biasing with an outputting bias voltage from the bias signal generator. The source driving apparatus can control the bias voltage by using a voltage scaling method and solve problems caused by excess or small of consuming current.
