PURPOSE: A spare tire hanger structure is provided to prevent the spare tire from being off the vehicle as a wire loop is broken while driving a bus and to reduce the cost. CONSTITUTION: The spare tire hanger which is installed as a fixing plate in a bus rear part frame, is composed of:a rotating member(30) that is installed in an inserted hole(21) formed to keep the height of both sides of a fixing plate(20) same, to be rotated and that forms a screw part(33) on the outer edge; a moving member(50) combined to the screw part by a screw to be moved rightward and leftward; and a lifting device(60) which lifts a spare tire(70), installed inside the bottom of the moving member and the fixing plate.
