PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of a quartz oscillating reed for supporting the quartz oscillating reed away from a substrate surface in the state of keeping a fixed interval so that one end of the quartz oscillating reed does not contact with the substrate surface nor is seprated therefrom excessively. SOLUTION: A recess part 29 for filling of a conductive adhesive 22 is formed at a terminal table 21 provided on a substrate 20. The electrode part 24 of the quartz oscillating reed 23 is fixed to an upper surface electrode 32 with the adhesive 22 with which this part 29 is filled. The oscillation part 25 of the quartz oscillating reed 23 is held in the state of being floated from the substrate 20 and the reed 23 is arranged nearly in parallel with the upper surface of the substrate 20.
