PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit direct access to a Web page having a URL corresponding to a telephone number inputted in an address input space of a browser by inputting the telephone number in the space. SOLUTION: This access system to the Web page is provided with a server 30 for connection having a registration file 31 in which correspondence relation between the URL of the prescribed Web page and the telephone number is stored, a registration data control part 32 to register, delete and edit data to the registration file 31, a correspondence relation retrieving part 33 to receive the telephone number transmitted from the browser on a terminal and to retrieve the URL corresponding to the received telephone number by retrieving the registration file and a communication control part 34 to the Web page to acquire data of the Web page by accessing the retrieved URL and to transmit the data to the browser.
