PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating device for running characteristics of a rotating body which judges whether the rotating body is damaged or not with the rotating body attached to a product with rotating body in advance, so that only a rotating body which is not damaged is removed from the product with rotating body for recycling, by solving the problem where all the rotating bodies are removed, regardless of presence of damage on the rotating body, for inspecting presence of damage, which poses redundant operation. SOLUTION: A product with rotating body 12 is placed on a base pallet 2 which is tilted 80 that the product 12 travels on the slope. The base pellet 2 is provided with two pressure sensors 5a and 5b, and rolling characteristics of rotating bodies A-D is judged based on which sensor turns on first.
