PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control admixture of dust in a culture container as much as possible and to prevent air in a treatment chamber from flowing out to the outside or outside air from flowing into the treatment chamber when having access to the treatment chamber from the outside. SOLUTION: The subject culture treatment apparatus 30 is equipped with the treatment chamber S2 in which a cell stored in the culture container 3 is subjected to a prescribed treatment in a closed space S21. The treatment chamber S2 is equipped with an air cleaner 32 for supplying a clean dropping air flow from above, a first ventilator 41 for sucking air in the treatment chamber S2 at the lower part and discharging the air through a filter 42, an openable and closable door 50 for communicating the side of the space with the outside or interrupting the communication, and a second ventilator 54 that is operated when the door 50 is opened and sucks air in the vicinity of the door 50.
