The invention aims to provide a bread dough generator and a bread making machine, which can reliably crush ingredients to be cooked like grains and rice and produce bread in a mute state. Clamping parts (34, 44, 46) composed of concave-convex faces are disposed at the inner surface of a container (23, 42) which is used for accommodating ingredients and has a bottom. By means of a stirring crushing part (27) which is disposed in a container and is connected to a rotating shaft for rotating, steamed rice generated by the heating of a heating part can be stirred while being rubbed up. |
