The invention relates to crosslinkable multifunctional carriers for especially low-molecular ligands, the use thereof in analytics, and methods for producing and crosslinking the same. The inventive carriers have at least two different selective coupling functions which are not complementary to each other and cannot react with the same coupling partner, one coupling function being used for coupling to a ligand, preferably a low-molecular ligand, and at least one additional coupling function that is different therefrom being used for binding to an immobilizing surface and/or crosslinking the carriers among themselves. The invention also relates to the three-dimensional structures produced by crosslinking said carriers. In a special embodiment of the invention, at least some of the crosslinkable or crosslinked carriers are also bound to an immobilizing surface. |
