Substance mixture for local deposition of magnetic particle (which is mixed with a fluid thixotropic carrier substance) in a medium, preferably for locally limited deposition of magnetic nanoparticles within or directly at the edge of tumor affected physical tissue, is claimed, where the magnetic nanoparticle in the substance mixture is provided for controlled magnetic field heating in tumor treatment. An independent claim is included for an application kit for use of the substance mixture, comprising: at least an ampule (ampule A), which contains magnetic nanoparticle suspended in an aqueous solution; at least an other ampule (ampule B) with the fluid thixotropic carrier substance; one or more sterilely packed syringes with cannula for mixing the content of the ampule (A) and (B); one or more probes with cannula for injecting the mixture of the ampule content into the medium; optionally one or more thermosensor for application; and an instruction for administration and optionally dosage.
