PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold water mixing valve for a water combination faucet incorporating a water purifying cartridge, having the satisfactory appearance, and capable of preventing a toxic substance from flowing out unexpectedly. SOLUTION: This hot and cold water mixing valves for water combination faucet is provided with a water faucet body 10 provided with a hot water supply passage 20 and a cold water supply passage 21, a mixing valve (a first sliding valve device 30) capable of mixing the hot water supplied through the hot water supply passage 20 with the cold water supplied through the cold water supply passage 21 and draining the mixed water through a discharge port 30c, a water draining member (a water draining head 60) arranged in a condition in which it protrudes from the water faucet body 10 to open a water drain port, and the water purifying cartridge 70. In this water faucet, a water passage G for raw water for communicating the discharge port 30c and the water drain port mutually and a water passage J for purified water for communicating the cold water supply passage 21 and an intake port mutually are provided separately from each other.
