PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator achieving reduction in weight while ensuring a stable support state of door glass. SOLUTION: A front side guide rail 30 intersecting in a door upper side position when an imaginary line P extending along a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of a pair of guide rails 30, 40 intersects the guide rails 30, 40 respectively, is formed with a narrow part 30A narrower in width B in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, than the rear side guide rail 40 on the other side. Since the front side guide rail 30 receives smaller load applied from the door glass, in comparison with the rear side guide rail 40, the door glass 28 is supported in the stable state even if the narrow part 30A is formed.
