MODIFIED POLYMER AND RUBBER COMPOSITION AND TIRE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polymer capable of simply introducing a modifying group under industrial synthetic conditions and to provide a rubber composition and a tire using the modified polymer and having excellent low heat build-up properties and abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: The modified polymer is obtained by binding a compound having a moiety Q containing dipolar nitrogen and a 4- to a 6-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic portion B containing oxygen or sulfur through the moiety Q to a diene-based polymer.
