The present invention is capable of controlling a power supply part by determining whether a voltage drop is temporary or permanent due to a system, connected to a load part, when the load part has a voltage which is a rated voltage or less. The present invention includes: a power converting part converting power supplied from the power supply part to provide the power to the load part; a control switch part installed between the power converting part and the load part; a current providing part connected in parallel between the power supply part and the power converting part to provide a current to the power converting part for a reference time when a voltage of the load part drops; and a control part shutting down the power, applied to the load part, by operating the control switch if the voltage of the load part drops below a reference voltage and the voltage of the load part is maintained below the reference voltage after the elapse of the reference time. |
