A shoe including: a plurality of cleats projecting from a bottom surface of an outsole; a first region where a first cleat is arranged; a second region where a second cleat is arranged; a band-shaped portion having a band shape which is arranged between the first region and the second region, wherein: the band-shaped portion extends from a middle region of a rearfoot portion toward a rear edge portion of the rearfoot portion and extends from the middle region of the rearfoot portion toward a lateral edge portion on a lateral side of the rearfoot portion; and at least one of the following elements a) and b) is satisfied: a) a Young's modulus of a soft material forming the band-shaped portion is less than a Young's modulus of a hard material forming the first and second regions; and b) an average value of a thickness of the band-shaped portion is less than an average value of a thickness of portions of the first and second regions in the vicinity of the band-shaped portion. |
