PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat composition which is liquid at room temperature, in spite of containing monoacylglycerol having a high oleic acid content in the constituent fatty acid.SOLUTION: The oil and fat composition which is liquid at room temperature includes 4-40 mass% monoacylglycerol having ≥60 mass% oleic acid in the constituent fatty acid, 3-96 mass% diacylglycerol, and 0-90 mass% triacylglycerol. In the oil and fat composition, a monoacylglycerol content Y (mass%) and a diacylglycerol content X (mass%) satisfy the relation of the following formula (1): Y<X+6 (1). |
