PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wideband amplifier in which the parasitic output capacitance is canceled by a shunt inductor and the output-impedance conversion ratio is suppressed low.SOLUTION: A wideband amplifier includes: a semiconductor chip of a multi-cell configuration; an input circuit board and an output circuit board adjacent to the semiconductor chip; a capacitor board disposed between the semiconductor chip and the output circuit board; an input distribution and matching circuit disposed on the input circuit board; output synthesis and matching circuit disposed on the output circuit board; an input bonding wire and an output bonding wire connecting the semiconductor chip to the input distribution and matching circuit and the output synthesis and matching circuit; and a bonding wire for shunt inductor connecting the semiconductor chip and the capacitor board. The output bonding wire and the bonding wire for shunt inductor have an angle of 90° on a plane. |
