PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: emergency information cannot be received by a portable terminal when failures occurs in the communication networks of some common carriers due to a disaster or the like or the portable terminal does not accommodate reception of emergency information, so that the user of the portable terminal cannot notice an emergence state.SOLUTION: A portable terminal according to the present invention includes: a reception unit for receiving emergency information; a display unit for displaying the emergency information received by the reception unit; a transmission unit for transmitting emergency information to the display device separated from the portable terminal; and a control unit for controlling the transmission unit to transmit the emergency information to the display device when the emergency information is displayed on the display unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
