PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve filter processing for referring to pixels around a target pixel after interpolation enlargement in hierarchical processing with a small circuit scale.SOLUTION: An image processor includes reduction means for reducing an upper hierarchical image, a plurality of line memories for respectively storing a plurality of pixel strings in the scanning direction of processing of a reduced image acquired by the reduction means, selection means for selecting a line memory to be referred to on the basis of a target position of the reduced image corresponding to a target position of the upper hierarchical image, generation means for reading a pixel from the selected line memory, interpolating a new pixel at an interpolation position determined on the basis of the target position of the reduced image on the basis of the read pixel, and generating a lower hierarchical image, and operation means for using a pixel of the upper hierarchical image and a pixel of the lower hierarchical image to perform an operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
