PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem that operation stability, low rolling resistance, abrasion resistance and reinforcement performance cannot be achieved at the same time by using conventional methods of blending silica, blending carbon black with large particle diameter, reducing the blended amount of carbon black or the like for enhancing low rolling resistance under condition that recently lower tire rolling resistance is desired for reducing environment load.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by a manufacturing method of a rubber composition by mixing (A) a diene rubber, (B) a compound having a structure of quinones and a structure of sulphonic acid or salts thereof in a molecule and/or a compound having the structure of quinones and a structure of thiosulphonic acid or salts thereof in a molecule and then mixing (C) carbon black and (D) other components, then mixing (E) a vulcanization-based component.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
