PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling house which allows checking of presence of family members present in a living room, a dining room and a main entrance even while staying at a stair landing.SOLUTION: A dwelling house 1 includes a half-turn stair 50 with a stair landing 53 formed between a lower stair 51 on a first floor (lower floor) side and an upper stair 52 on a second floor (upper floor) side, and the stair landing 53 has an area equal to or larger than an area occupied by the lower stair 51 and the upper stair 52 and is disposed so as to be in contact with an inner side face of an outer wall 2. A living room 12, a dining room 13 and a main entrance 10 on the first floor are connected with the stair landing 53 by a continuous space, and the living room 12, the dining room 13, the main entrance 10 and the stair landing 53 are disposed so as to be at such positions that they can be visible to each other. |
