PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance detection circuit of a touch sensor capable of reducing noise generated when a touch panel is touched by a finger in differential detection in order not to be affected by parasitic capacitance of various touch panels, and improving an S/N ratio to detect accurate touch information.SOLUTION: A calculation circuit 8 calculates output signals sequentially output by a first selection circuit 5 and a second selection circuit 6 in a plurality of values of capacitance formed between a plurality of first lines 1 and a plurality of second lines 2, so as to calculate a difference between the adjacent values of capacitance formed by the first lines 1 and the second lines 2 of the touch panel 3. |
