PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejecting apparatus capable of reducing wasteful consumption of liquid by reliably stirring the liquid.SOLUTION: A liquid ejecting apparatus comprises: a pressure generation chamber 12 in communication with a nozzle opening 21 ejecting liquid; a manifold 100 in communication with the pressure generation chamber 12; a compliance part 112 provided at least a portion of a partition wall of the manifold 100 and having flexibility; a pressure generation means 300 for generating pressure variation in the pressure generation chamber 12; a supply path for supplying the liquid from a liquid storage means storing the liquid to the manifold 100; a recovery path for recovering the liquid from the manifold to the liquid storage means; and a pressure variation means 230 for varying a pressure of the liquid supplied from the supply path to the manifold. |
