PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer that has an enough re-pollution preventing performance compared with a conventional polymer.SOLUTION: The copolymer includes: at least 1 mass% and at most 89 mass% of a structural unit (a) derived from hydroxypropyl (meth)acrylate; at least 10 mass% and at most 98 mass% of a structural unit (b) derived from a carboxy group containing monomer (B); and at least 1 mass% and at most 89 mass% of a structural unit (c) derived from a sulfonic acid group containing monomer (C) as indispensable structural units. |
