Provided is a device for manufacturing a carbon nanotube composite sheet, the device comprising: a dispersion liquid production unit that produces a carbon nanotube dispersion liquid; a coating unit that coats the dispersion liquid; a dehydration unit that dehydrates the coated dispersion liquid; and a finishing unit that cuts a sheet which has been dehydrated in the dehydration unit. The dispersion liquid production unit comprises a mixing tank provided with a wet jet mill. The coating unit is constituted by a coating device provided with a base part and a dispersion liquid supply part that supplies the dispersion liquid produced by the dispersion liquid production part to the base part. The dehydration unit is provided with a compression part that compresses a wet carbon nanotube composite sheet obtained in the coating part, and a dehydration device that dehydrates the compressed wet carbon nanotube composite sheet.
