<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic object unpacking system which automatically unpacks objects such as a packaged bar-like container and stores/delivers the objects in a treatment device, and loads the objects in the treatment device with a high storage rate, and a carrying tray therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic object unpacking system unpacks the objects 1 which are packaged in a packaging body H1 and attachably/detachably held by a holder h1, takes them out and treats them. In addition, the automatic object unpacking system comprises a step of unpacking the packaging body H1 by using an automatic unpacking means k, and taking out the holder h1 holding the objects 1 by a first take-out robot R1, a step of detaching the objects 1 from the holder h1 by a take-out robot R2, a loading step of loading the objects 1 on a carrying tray T in an arranged manner by a robot R3, a step of loading the carrying trays T with the works 1 stored therein in a plurality of stages by a tray loading robot R4, and a step of carrying in the loaded carrying trays T into a treatment device S by an automatic traveling truck 3a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
