A gas excitation display device is provided to lower driving voltage and increase luminance and improve luminous efficiency and prevent brightness from lowering. A first substrate and a second substrates(211,2120) are arranged to face each other. A plurality of partitions(251) partition off a plurality of cells. Gas is filled inside a plurality of cells. A plurality of first electrodes(221) excite the gas when voltage is applied. A plurality of second electrodes(222) control the excitation of the gas when voltage is applied. A plurality of third electrodes(223) absorb ion generated inside a plurality of cells. A fluorescent material layer(261) is formed in the exterior partitions of a plurality of cell insides. |
