FILTER FOR DISPLAY APPARTUS AND APPARUTUS HAVING THE SAME

A filter for a display device and the display device including the same are provided to suppress a moire phenomenon by improving visibility according to the increase of a contrast ratio of a bright part to a dark part. A filter includes a transparent substrate(110), a color correction layer(150), and an electromagnetic wave shielding layer(120). The filter includes a protective layer(140), an external light shielding layer and an anti-reflection layer. The filter includes a near infrared ray shielding layer. The near infrared ray shielding layer is composed of a hybrid layer including the near infrared ray material in the color correction layer. The color correction layer, the transparent substrate, the electromagnetic wave shielding layer, and the protective layer are successively stacked from the front of the viewer in the filter. The transparent substrate is made of heat strengthened glass or transparent polymer resin. The polymer resin is made by using polyethylene terephthalate, acryl, polycarbonate, urethane acrylate, polyester, epoxy acrylate, bromination acrylate, and polyvinyl chloride. The electromagnetic wave shielding layer is composed of the electromagnetic wave shield of a conductive mesh layer type or a conductive layer.
