PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A plasma display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent loss of a white light by using CEP(Contrast-Enhanced Phosphor). A plasma display panel includes a first panel and a second panel. The first panel is faced with the second panel. A partition wall is positioned between the first panel and the second panel. A bus electrode of the second panel has a complementary color of a color of the first panel. The color of the first panel is determined by a phosphor of a discharge cell of the first panel. A CEP is included in the discharge cell of the first panel. The CEP includes fluorescent material(53) and pigment(56). The pigment is included on a surface of the fluorescent material.
