An internal board assembly in which an operation button substrate is combined on the bottom of a camera substrate and which is integrated of a monitoring camera is provided to integrate the camera substrate and the operation button substrate by improving productivity and secure a space installing a sensor substrate and an LED substrate. A bracket is installed inside a casing(1) of a dome type monitoring camera. A camera board(100) and an operation button substrate(200) are installed in the bracket. A bottom plate(3) which casing is installed to directly adhere closely to a ceiling light of in and out wall of a building or an elevator. It is comprised of a sphere(5) combined in the bottom plate. A hemisphere is classified into the opaque hemisphere positioned at inside and the transparent hemisphere positioned at outside. A portion of the opaque hemisphere, an opening unit in which the camera module(110) can be exposed is formed. The camera board and operation button substrate are joined. The camera board and the integrated operation button substrate are together fixable installed in the backplane of the rotation bracket(54).
