A fermenter is provided to store and ferment food by setting up the suitable maturing temperature according to the physical condition of users and kinds of food. A fermenter comprises an aging unit(100) and a controller(200) for the aging unit. A heat is embedded at the inner side of the aging unit. The controller for the aging unit sets up a temperature of the inner side of the aging unit and controls the outside AC power according to the set temperature. |
