<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always ensure consistency between pieces of editing target data having relevance. <P>SOLUTION: A data processor includes a document information management table 24 wherein a related document name and a state of access control to a document are set to the document. A document state update part 30 updates the state of the document set in the document information management table 24 to "during check-out" according to a check-out request to the document, and updates a state of a related document set in the document information management table 24 to "check-in standby" according to a check-in request to the related document.
