PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently switch connections to a small power base station by a terminal device.SOLUTION: A terminal device 3 which transmits a signal to a base station device, when a connection instruction is made to a second base station device 2 from a first base station device 1, sets an RRC parameter notified from the first base station device 1 at the same time of the connection instruction or later as the RRC parameter used for connections to the second base station device 2. When connecting to the second base station device later, the terminal device 3 changes interpretation of resource allocation information, on the basis of the set RRC parameter, thereby efficiently switching connections to the second base station device.
