PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of silodosin in process of producing a silodosin-containing tablet, and to reduce the production amount of analogs derived from silodosin, in the silodosin-containing tablet.SOLUTION: By producing, using a binder (polyvinyl alcohol, acrylic acid, methyl-methacrylate copolymer, and the like) that is not hydroxypropylcellulose, a tablet containing a granulated material containing silodosin, the stability of silodosin in process of producing the same is improved, and the production amount of analogs derived from silodosin is reduced. In addition, for a method of producing the tablet, direct tableting method is unsuitable and wet compression granulation method is preferable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
