PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a destination effectively reached.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a portable terminal transmits a route search request to an information processing device, receives route information from the information processing device, and notifies route guidance information on the basis of the received route information. The portable terminal receives mistaken on-board information indicating that a transport apparatus is mistakenly boarded, and notifies to that effect. The information processing device searches for a route on the basis of the route search request received from the portable terminal, transmits route information to the portable terminal, and registers the route information in correlation to a user ID in a storage unit. When it is determined, on the basis of the movement state of the user received from a management server and the route information stored in the storage unit, that the user is not moving along a route that corresponds to the route information, the information processing device transmits mistaken on-board information to the portable terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
