PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module for transmission/reception through one optical fiber in which a WDM filter for dividing multiple signals can be mounted without shifting an orientation relative to an optical axis of the optical fiber or the like.SOLUTION: An optical module comprises an optical transmission unit, an optical reception unit 2, a filter holder 6 mounted with a WDM filter 8, and a housing 5 to which the optical transmission unit, the optical reception unit 2, and the filter holder 6 are fixed. Inclined surfaces 5f and 6i provided on the housing 5 and the filter holder 6 suppress a shift of an orientation of the WDM filter 8 relative to an optical axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
