The present invention relates to a time delay estimating device. The time delay estimating device of the present invention comprises: a sound signal detecting unit which detects sound signals through a plurality of microphones; a frequency domain converting unit which converts the detected sound signals into signals of a frequency domain; and a time delay estimating unit which estimates a time delay, based on a slope of a phase difference between the sound signals converted into the frequency domain.
