The present invention relates to an on-chip inductor and a manufacturing method thereof. The on-chip inductor comprises: a substrate; an oxide layer formed on an upper part of the substrate; a wiring layer of a spiral shape formed on the oxide layer; and a shielding layer of a grid shape inserted between the substrate and the wiring layer.
