The present invention relates to a multifunctional food waste disposer which comprises; a housing (100) having an inner space, and an outlet (2) formed on a lower side, and a motor part (300) combined thereto; a housing cover (200) blocking an opened upper part of the housing (100); a motor part (300) offering a variable rotation power depending on a user selection; a rotation shaft (400) coupling onto the rotation shaft (400) of the motor (300); a grinding chamber part (500) grinding introduced food wastes; a dehydration chamber part (600) combined to the rotation shaft (400) and discharging waste liquid produced in the introduced food waste to the outside; and a water pressure rotation body (700) comprising at least one blade so as to generate centrifugal force.
