摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the state of charge (SOC) of a storage battery high while effectively using the surplus power of a photovoltaic power generation device and nighttime power.SOLUTION: A setting unit 53a sets timing when a plurality of modes for controlling the charging and discharging of a storage battery 40 are executed. An execution unit 53b executes the plurality of modes on the basis of timing set by the setting unit 53a. The plurality of modes include: a PV charging mode for charging the storage battery 40 by surplus power at the occurrence of the surplus power, a portion not consumed by a communication device 20 of power generated by a photovoltaic power generation device 30; a forcible discharging mode for discharging the storage device 40 so that the SOC of the storage battery 40 is the lower limit SOC; and a return mode for charging the storage battery 40 by external power in nighttime so that the SOC of the storage battery 40 is a return SOC higher than the lower limit SOC. The setting unit 53a sets timing so that the forcible discharging mode is executed after the PV charging mode, and the return mode is executed after the forcible discharging mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
