PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an environment harmonious released paper is provided to use various solvent typed adhesives and thermal melting typed adhesives by excellent heat resistance and solvent resistance of a base coating agent. CONSTITUTION: An environment harmonious released paper with a reinforced tensile strength is manufactured by: preparing a paper in a feeder for coating a base coating agent in a three-step roller coating unit; drying 80% of the moisture contained in the base coating agent in a heating roller unit; eliminating the remained moisture by passing through a four-step calendar unit for eliminating a wrinkle on the surface of the paper and increasing the smoothness; coating evenly a silicon release agent in a gravure coating unit; hardening for 8¯10 seconds after passing through a drying unit; and passing through a cooling roller unit for winding on a rewinder.
